Fitting: The sleeve for your iPhone or iPod is made exactly to size out of a thick 3mm wool felt. We make slightly different sleeves for all iPods and iPhones, so that it always fits snugly in its pouch and doesn't fall out. You can also order a custom size for other phones or music players, such as a Blackberry. Just measure length, height and width in millimeters and fill in above.

Material: We use a European 100% wool felt with Oekotex certificate. This will keep your gadgets scratchfree, shock proof and flame retardant. And the colours! The felt is available in 10 colours. Most are dyed, but the mixed colours (mixed grey, mixed brown, mixed nearly black) are completely natural and undyed. You may wash our felt sleeves if absolutely necessary by hand, cool and quickly, just like woolly knitted garments. Never spin dry! But most of the time, the dirt will just fall off after a while (have you ever seen a sheep take a bath?)

Production: Your sleeve is handmade in Belgium or the Netherlands by our small team of home working Supernanas. We do not use labour in low wage countries and ask the same of our suppliers.

Shipping: We always ship as soon as possible after payment. Usually this means shipping the same day or the next. We always ship by ordinary mail, free of charge. You may also send the sleeve you ordered to someone else as a present. We'll giftwrap with a big ribbon, also free of charge.

Payment: You can pay by bank transfer or PayPal (also for credit card payments). For overseas shipments we prefer PayPal - it makes things a lot faster and easier, and enables us to ship the same day.
