what we will and won’t do

1. Price and payment
Shown price is including 19% VAT and including transport costs. We only work with payment in advance. You can pay securely by bank transfer or PayPal.

2. Execution of your order
We will deliver our products through ordinary mail. For standard orders our target is to deliver immediately after payment. This means we usually ship on the same day (PayPal) or the next (bank transfers within Europe). Custom made and overseas deliverys can take longer.
We will process your order with due care. We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail. If delivery will be slow or is not possible for some reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.

3. Felt
Felt is a natural material made of wool. Treat it as you would an expensive woolly jumper or suit - with care. Never machine-wash or spin dry your Laptoptailors felt sleeve.

4. Returns and guarantee
If you do not want our product for any reason at all, you may send it back to us within 7 days after delivery. Please send us an e-mail first. We will not take any products back that have been used or that are dirty. Wrap your return properly, preferably in the original packageing. Transport costs have to be paid in advance. After we have received and checked your delivery we will return the price of the product (not the cost of transport) back on your bank account. 5. Privacy
We use your address and other information for the execution of your order only. If you have indicated you want to receive our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address for that. You may unsubscribe at any time and we won't bother you anymore. We do not give your address to anyone else.

6. Conflicts
In case of conflict, Dutch law is applicable.
